Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

1. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.

Good To Know :

1) Due to the current global pandemic, orders shipping is experiencing some delays. 

2) All of our orders are shipped via Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, and other carriers, depending on your location.

3) When ordering more than one item, products may come in multiple packages.

4) We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO).

5) Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

6) Trary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@trary.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Trary is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@trary.com to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Returns Policy

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

  1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
  2. Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing info@trary.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
  3. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  4. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons:

  1. Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Trary. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
