Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out:

1) Please contact us first and we will send you a shipping label for the return.

2) Initiate your return within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.

3) Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

What's Not Returnable?

  • Items not purchased at Trary.com (e.g., a third-party reseller, an auction site, etc.).
  • Items without a Trary packing slip.
  • Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes).
  • Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • Washed or worn items.
  • No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.

 

Once You Receive Your Shipping Label:

  • Repackage unworn items exactly how you received them — shoe boxes, bags, tags, and all.
  • Place everything in your shipping box and tape your new shipping label over the original one.
  • Send us the tracking number when you send it back to Trary.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns.
  • Once your return has been processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

 

Late Or Missing Refunds:

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@trary.com

Do I Need To Pay For Return Shipping?

We will cover the return shipping fee for your first order with us. For future orders, you will be responsible for paying a shipping fee for product returns. However, if an item is incorrect, damaged, or a faulty good, we will help make it right and refund you for the postage fee.

 

How To Initiate A Exchange?

If you change your mind or would like to exchange for another size, color, or style, please return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund you.

If you need your exchange shoes urgently, it is often faster to place a new 2nd order and then send your original order back as a return following the return policy.
